What?? $6 for two eggs, toast and taters?? Best deal in Dunnellon. I paid .99 extra for cheese. Lele was my server. Kept my coffee hot! Great service. Rye toast, thick!"

May 25, 2026"If you get the fried chicken be prepared to wait. Its cooked fresh to order. The greens were very bitter. Mash was good cole slaw lacked. Got the banana cream meringue. Asked if it was made with artificial banana. Told no made with real banana. We determined that was a lie."

Our waiter, Arto, was attentive, friendly, and prompt throughout our visit. He took the time to explain the menu and made excellent recommendations, which we truly appreciated. The food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. After spending the day on the river, it was exactly the kind of comforting, homestyle meal we were craving. The atmosphere felt local, warm, and inviting—like a true hometown restaurant. And don’t leave without trying the pies! They were incredible—not overly sweet, just the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with great food and outstanding service. We will definitely be stopping by again the next time we’re in the area!"
